So I managed to get the Seraphic Radiance fusion. It wasn't as difficult as I'd been expecting, but then Yuri was somewhere around level 60, as I'd spent way too much time running around the Mental Hospital with Yuri, Alice, and Halley, so as to get Yuri closer to having a chance to defeat her.
